About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and customizing Odoo modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Odoo’s core framework, business processes, and integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (new and existing).
  • Implement and configure Odoo ERP to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and services.
  • Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and connectors for Odoo.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain coding standards.
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Odoo development (versions 13/14/15/16).

  • Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo ORM.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo module development, customization, and deployment.
  • Good understanding of business workflows (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
  • Experience in Odoo API integration (REST/SOAP, XML-RPC).
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, QWeb.
  • Proficient with Git, Docker, and deployment practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

  • Experience with Odoo.sh and Odoo Enterprise Edition.
  • Knowledge of Linux server administration.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Contribution to the Odoo community (open-source projects, modules).


Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
