We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in hiring for Embedded Systems, IoT, and Cloud-based technologies. The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of tech roles, sourcing strategies, and full-cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for Embedded, Firmware, C/C++, RTOS, IoT, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) profiles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and Stack Overflow for sourcing
• Screen, evaluate, and manage candidate pipelines
• Drive offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
